THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Our roller doors are manufactured from 70mm individual sections of galvanized steel and then coated in a traditional leather grain plastisol finish in a choice of 8 British standard colours. This design combines strength with durability and can be easily and economically repaired in the case of accidental damage.

As all installations are unique you may wish to add a more cosmetic finish to the opening, this can be priced for at the time of survey and can include, UPVC Cladding from £40 hiding marks left by an existing frame, fascias from £60 to replace an old fascia or to add space to roll the door and Powder coating from £40 if any of the steel frame is visible.
