How to place an order
 
Both our readymade and bespoke doors may be purchased online. Our readymade doors are manufactured for an internal face fix installation, unless otherwise stated by the customer when placing the order. The sizes advertised are for doors suitable for an opening of this particular size and we allow for the extra height and width required.

If ordering a tailor made door, before checking out online, you will be directed to complete a self survey form. After your purchse has been made, we will contact you to confirm your order. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank holidays), please call us on 0191 4155888.

Doors may also be ordered by telephone by phoning our sales department on 0191 4155888.

Payments
 
Secure online payments are made through RBS Worldpay. We also accept credit card payments over the telephone, cheque, bacs and chaps payments.

Delivery
 
Goods maybe collected from our factory in Washington, Tyne and Wear. Small items will be despatched with Royal Mail or a similar courier company normally on a 2 to 3 day service. We deliver most doors on our own transport where possible. We only deliver to UK Mainland. Delivery is normally 5 to 15 working days, once cleared funds have been received.
 
Installation
 
We only install our doors in the North East of England.
 
Terms and Conditions
 
AutoRoll UK Ltd. has made every reasonable effort to ensure that all information provided on the Autoroll UK LTD. web site on the internet is accurate at the time of inclusion. However should there be inadvertent errors, we apologise and will take every step to rectify it. Autoroll UK Ltd accepts no liability for any inaccuracies in the Autoroll UK Ltd. website. Due to constant development, we reserve the right to change specification without prior notice.
 
Autoroll UK Ltd. accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages of any kind, as a result of information obtained directly or indirectly from the Autoroll UK Ltd. website.
 
Making a purchase
 
Autoroll UK Ltd will accept no responsibility for any inaccurate sizes given by the buyer. If any errors are made, while ordering, it is the buyers’ responsibility to inform us, so that we can correct the mistake. Delivery is normally 5 – 15 business days from receiving cleared funds. Once the goods are delivered, it is the buyers’ responsibility to inform Autoroll UK LTD of any damages within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Autoroll UK LTD will not be held responsible for any damages which are reported after the 48 hour period.
 
Terms of Sale
 
1.  Definitions 
1.1 'Buyer’ means the person whose name and address appears in the space overleaf.
1.2 'Conditions' means the terms and conditions of the sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller.
1.3 'Delivery Date' means the date specified by the Seller when the goods are ready for collection or to be delivered.
1.4 'Goods' means the articles which the buyer agrees to buy from the Seller.
1.5 'Price' means the price for the goods excluding carriage.
1.6 'Seller' means Autoroll UK LTD.
 
2. Conditions applicable
2.1 These Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which the buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order or similar document.
2.2 All orders verbal or written for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these conditions.
2.3 Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer's order and acceptance of these Conditions.
2.4 Any variation to these Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Seller.
 
3. The Price and Payment
3.1 The price shall be the price set out overleaf. The price is inclusive of VAT which shall be due at the rate ruling on the date of the Seller's invoice.
3.2 Trade accounts – The price is inclusive of VAT which shall be due at the rate ruling on the date of the Seller's invoice.
3.3 Non trade accounts – invoice must be settled in full before manufacture.
3.4 Supply and fit invoices must be paid in full on the date of installation.
 
4. The Goods
4.1 The quality and description of the Goods shall be as set out overleaf.
 
5. Warranties and Liability
5.1 The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the Seller. Except where the Buyer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 Section 12) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or condition of the Goods and whether implied by statute or common law or otherwise are excluded.
5.2 The seller shall not be liable for any consequential loses or any other losses or damages, financial or otherwise incurred by the buyer (directly, or indirectly,) as a result of goods supplied under the contract of sale, liability being limited to replacement, repair or modification of goods that fail to perform in accordance with the company’s published data. The Seller shall not be liable for any consequential or offer loss or damage as a result of such replacement, repair or modification of the goods.
5.3 The Seller will accept no responsibility or warrant any parts that may become damaged, as a direct result of severe weather – frost, snow, high winds or flooding.
 
6. Delivery
6.1 Unless otherwise agreed with the Seller, the Goods shall be delivered to the Buyer at the Buyer's address.
6.2 Damages must be reported to the ‘Seller’ within 48 hours of receiving delivery of goods.
6.3 The seller will make every effort to keep to delivery dates but such dates and periods of time should not be the essence of the contract. The seller shall not be responsible for any loos, damage or expense that may result from late delivery.
 
7. Cancellations
7.1 Any cancellations made by the buyer, after confirmation of the order with the seller for bespoke made to measure items, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee at the managements discretion.
7.2 No refunds will be given on bespoke 'made to order doors' once delivered unless the goods are faulted or damaged.
7.3 Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, a buyer has a 7 day 'cooling off' period from date of delivery. In which time the 'buyer' should notify the 'seller' that he wishes to cancel the contract and a full refund will be given including delivery. However, if the goods are not faulted and the 'buyer' simply has had a 'change of heart' about the product - the buyer is responsible for the return delivery costs.
 
Warranty
 
Autoroll UK LTD guarantees all of its products from defective manufacturing for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. This is subject to correct installation, maintenance and operation of the product. This excludes general wear and tear.
 
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
 
Goods must be returned to Autoroll UK LTD. where they will be inspected and either repaired or replaced. Autoroll UK LTD will not be held responsible for any costs incurred in the removal and replacement of faulted goods. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service when returning goods.

Please note: In the event of us sending you a replacement for any damaged, defective or incorrect goods, you must return the original goods to us within 14 days of the delivery of the replacement. Provided you return the goods to us within 14 days. You will have nothing more to pay. However, if for any reason you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 14 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card used for the order.
 
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
